As a Transition Design Fellow, Alija explores how to co-create multilateral decision making processes and implement systems designs that redress legacies of harm from extractive policies.

Through enthographic strategic foresight methodologies engaging directly impacted communities, Alija is designing a Participatory Transition Design Toolkit to copower frontline communities, business leaders, and policy officials with futures scenarios from 2050 to inform inclusive decision-making processes.
